Can I cancel my membership at any time?
We agree to provide membership entitlements to you for the 12 months from the month you joined or renewed your membership.
If you cancel your membership:
We do not refund or reimburse any portion of the annual membership fee that has been paid to us in advance.
Membership will be automatically renewed for successive 12-month terms unless we receive written notice of your intention to cancel your membership at least 2 business days prior to the renewal date.
We will notify you of a pending renewal by email to the address we have for you in our membership records. We will provide such notice on at least two occasions prior to the renewal and within a month of your pending renewal date.
You authorise us to debit your account, using the account details provided to us, whenever your payment is due.
